Field Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, test, commission and maintain special-hazards systems (clean agent, inert gas, direct-injection, water mist, Titan1230, etc.).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, P&IDs and project specifications.
• Perform NFPA-required inspections and testing; complete and submit accurate field reports and test certificates.
• Troubleshoot system faults and perform corrective repairs, including cylinder, valve and piping work as required.
• Programming control panels
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and third-party contractors to support timely project delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, confined-space and lockout/tagout protocols.
• Maintain vehicle and tool inventory, order parts, and manage job documentation in company systems.
• Provide excellent customer service onsite; explain work scope and findings to customers and stakeholders.

Project Sales Manager – Special Hazards
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of the project sales cycle, from lead qualification through to contract execution.
- Develop and deliver accurate, compelling, and timely proposals
- Work with engineering, estimating, operations, and executive teams to craft tailored solutions for each customer.
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients, including site visits, project walk-throughs, and technical presentations.
- Maintain a robust project pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with company targets.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers while meeting project margins

Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team in managing projects from purchase order to closeout, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables stay on track.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors, sending updates, scheduling meetings, and maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Utilize Procore (or equivalent) to organize project workflows, schedules, and documentation with accuracy and consistency.
- Handle submittals, material tracking, purchase orders, meeting notes, and assist the team with day-to-day execution needs.
- Ideal for candidates who want to grow into a Project Manager role within the special hazards or life safety industry.
